RENTAL INFORMATION
NEXT STAGE ARTS RENTAL APPLICATION
To reserve a date, Next Stage requires a signed rental contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee. The balance of payment is due on the day of the event.
Renters will be presented with clean theater, lobbies, kitchen, community room and restrooms, and are asked to leave the spaces in the same clean condition.
Renters will pay a $150 cleaning fee to Next Stage.
Renters must return any chair, tables, stage lights, audio-visual equipment, kitchenware and other items that are used to their original locations.
